Returns - Please keep you invoice upon receipt of jewelry.  All repairs and returns must be accompanied by their respective invoice.

We are not responsible for any packages we do not receive.

For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured.

Repairs - Shipping items for repair - Describe the problem and allow 3-6 weeks for return.

All jewelry components are bought by the artist from several wholesale companies.  If any problems are found to be the manufacturers products, the repair fee will be waved.  The judgment will be determined by the artist.  If the problem is found to be caused by improper care of the item, the repair will cover supplies used, repair time and shipping fees to be paid by the customer.
